Imagine you, your friends or family gliding in a state of the art Jetranger helicopter, over the azure blue waters of the Caribbean, pointing out to your private pilot, a deserted island. Like James Bond, you ask him over your headset, to put down somewhere, and he points out a stunning beach, fringed by tropical palms and devoid of any people.

The crystal clear waters and amazing marine life are all beckoning, but surely a helicopter wont be able to land right there in this tranquil cove on the beach!

He sweeps in, and checks out the area. Then, with a flurry of rotors he descends onto the deserted beach and lands for you disembark, and spend your day on your very own fantasy island in total privacy and tranquility.

Once disembarked and clear of the helicopter, it magically ascends and the pilot bids you farewell, until your arranged pickup time later in the day. Then its sun, sand, turquoise water, palm trees, and total and absolute peace for the day.

You will be picked up at your cruise ship terminal by one of your pilots. He will take you a short distance to the helicopter pad, and after a briefing you will take your comfortable seats, don your intercom headsets and after air traffic clearance LIFT OFF!

The thrill of riding a helicopter for the first time is phenomenal; the power and speed, not to mention the views, will take your breath away. As you rise above Charlotte Amalie you will see your cruise ship at anchor in the harbor below, and then you will rise further and across the mountaintop, heading North East, whilst your pilot narrates on your headsets.

After a 10 minute flight you will have crossed the short stretch of Atlantic Ocean that divides St Thomas, from the uninhabited island of Hans Lollick, where you will find one of the most spectacular white sand beaches reserved just for you.

The helicopter lands on the beach, and you will pre arrange your pickup with the pilot for your return to St Thomas. Don’t worry, if you don’t have a cellular telephone, we can provide you with one, just in case you want to leave early or have had enough of this paradise lost (which is highly unlikely). You will also be provided with snorkels and masks to explore the surrounding underwater world and a small cooler with soft drinks and bottled water.

We suggest you take a packed lunch from your cruise ship, which you can generally pre order. You can also pre order luxury catering, champagne (for that real Bond feel), or beer of your choice (optional extra cost).

Alternatively, if you are not feeling quite as adventurous, for the same price, you can take a sightseeing flight of St Thomas and the surrounding US and British Virgin Islands.

Leaving from the airport a short 10 minute drive from your cruise terminal, you will board your six passenger helicopter and soar up and above the teeming streets of Charlotte Amalie. Fully narrated via headphones, your pilot will show you points of interest below.

Heading out into the harbor area, and over the cruise ships at dock in Havensight and Crown Bay, you will have unmatched views of your cruise liner from the skies a 1000ft above.
